Information Collected by This Website When you visit this web site we do not capture personally identifiable information. We do not use “cookies” on this web site. The Spirathon registration form requires registrants to provide us with name, address, e‑mail address, phone number, gender and age. Age is used to establish that the participant has met the minimum age requirement to participate in the event. Once registered, participants may receive regular updates about the Spirathon. Upon conclusion of the Spirathon, we will send registrants and donors an acknowledgment of receipt of the registration fee and/or donation. Donations to the Spirathon are actually donations to The Strongheart Fellowship. Non-participant donors should refer to The Strongheart Fellowship’s privacy policy for information about how that organization handles donor information. We process credit card payments for the Spirathon registration fee and donations through PayPal, which collects personally identifiable information as well as credit card information to process your payment. To complete your transaction, PayPal will need to share some of your personal information with us, including your confirmed credit card billing address, to help complete your transaction. We may need to share information about you with PayPal, such as your email address. We will not use this information for any other purpose unless you have agreed to it. 4. Sharing of Your Information We do not sell or rent mailing lists or other personally identifiable information with third parties; and, except as described below or unless you give us your consent, we do not share or otherwise disclose such information with third parties. If you register for the Spirathon, we will provide the information you submit on your registration form to Bodies in Motion, Official Sponsor of the Spirathon, for the purposes of admission to the Spirathon event. The Spirathon may share your personal information: (i) if required by law or to comply with a legal requirement or request from law enforcement or other government officials, administrative agencies or third parties, (ii) in the event of a transfer of ownership, merger or other similar transaction, or (iii) as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. The Spirathon reserves the right to disclose or transfer personal information and non-personal information about you and your activities on the website as we, in our sole discretion, determine necessary or appropriate for the administration of justice, or in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements or violations of any other law, rule or regulation, our Terms and Conditions of Use, the rights of third parties, or an investigation of any other activity that may expose us or you to legal liability, or to investigate any suspected conduct which we, in our sole discretion, deem improper.
5. Opt Out Procedures/Reviewing or Changing Your Information
